Jesus' primary message was the advancement of the His Kingdom on the earth. He taught it. He demonstrated it. He empowered His disciples to live it, release it and teach others to do the same. "God is raising up Apostolic hubs within the region who carry a multi-part mandate to build intimately connected Kingdom family and serve as Apostolic training centers that equip and send people to release supernatural Kingdom transformation. Ministry is not just what happens within the four walls of a church or on the typical mission field; it must also take place in the mission field of the families, businesses, government, arts & entertainment, education, and media in our region and beyond. The harvest is ripe and ready. Someone must walk people into healing and freedom while also training, equipping, and sending workers into the harvest.

KRC is a regional apostolic training and equipping center/hub designed to provide a platform for five-fold leaders to train, equip, empower and deploy believers into the mountains or spheres of influence they are called to impact. Ephesians 4:11-16 describes how Jesus gave gifts to the church in the form of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip the saints (believers) for the work of ministry (both inside and out of the church) as well as help the whole body grow into the full maturity of Jesus.

KRC was founded by Jay Moeller who also serves as the Senior Pastor of Legacy Church New Braunfels. The goal is not to serve just the needs of one local church but resource the body of Christ within the I-35 corridor between San Antonio and Round Rock.

What is an apostolic center?
Ryan LeStrange is an Apostolic Leader we admire. He put into words what burns in our hearts to build.

"It is an expression of the church that functions as both community and activation center. The mandate is not only to gather but to send. The mandate is not only to reach but to train and activate. The wineskin (structure) is different. The bones are different and the function is different. The sound is different, the flow is different, the objective is different.
In an apostolic center the metrics are different. It is measured by the reach to the “metron” territory or people group. It is measured by believers being trained, equipped and sent not just gathered.
Apostolic centers have a mandate to reach, gather, equip, impart, activate and send. Apostolic centers have five-fold ministry teams. Apostolic centers govern. They govern in prayer, they govern in worship, they govern in intercession and decree. They govern in preaching/teaching. The sound that is coming out is governmental."
